Re-discover your inner child, and have fun and laughter with other people’s inner children. We will laugh, color, sing, have inspirational story time, and, of course, there will be hugs for everyone. You may bring your teddy bear and/or blankie, and if you are feeling brave, you can even wear your jammies! Bonnie will be your playful and vibrant guide to getting in touch with that part of you that LOVES to play and have fun. We hope you can join us!
How to see and feel energy fields:
Have you ever wanted to see Auras or feel energy fields? Did you know it is a skill that can be developed and not a gift reserved for a few chosen ones? Come hang out with Bonnie and learn how to develop the skills of seeing and feeling the energetic fields that are all around us, but of which we are seldom aware.
Living in the vortex of Bliss:
Ever wonder why some people are always so darn happy? Well, there is a formula for that. Come discover your capacity for following your bliss. Bliss is your Divine birth-rite! Claim yours in this class.
Lucid dreaming for beginners:
Have you ever wondered why some people can control their dreams while others barely remember them? Did you know that Lucid dreaming is a skill that can be developed and cultivated? You will learn tips to increase your likelihood of remembering your dreams and of taking control of your dreams, so you can fly above the clouds or meet your greatest teacher.
Meditation tips and tools:
Bonnie has logged hundreds of hours of meditation and has meditated daily for over three years. She frequents silent retreats and meditation experiences. Over the years,she has learned and developed many tips and tools for enhancing her meditation experience, and getting the most benefit from being in the stillness. This class is a sharing of this accumulated meditation wisdom. You will learn to go within and find the peace that can never be lost.
Facebooking for your soul’s evolution:
Have you ever felt frustrated by something you saw on facebook? These little frustrations are reminders to go within and grow. They are also an opportunity to decide what you want and don’t want to take into your consciousness. You will learn practical tips for hiding posts, choosing who sees your posts, and for adding Spiritual content to your newsfeed. Most importantly, you will learn to take control of your facebook, and the emotion it can stir in you, as practice for taking control of your life. Bring your laptop, as this will be a hands-on class.
Reiki I, II, and III:
Learn the ancient healing art of Reiki, in the tradition of Usui Shiki Ryoho. This class teaches techniques and ancient symbols and words that will enhance your innate healing ability. You will receive a Reiki attunement from Reiki Master, Bonnie O’Boyle. Cost $100 or reasonable trade. Bonnie never wants lack of money to keep someone from becoming a Reiki healer.
